Whole Side of Salmon

When we were deciding what fish to use in the advert, our giant Scottish salmon sides were a standout. They lend themselves excellently to group dining, offering roughly six handsomely sized portions. We now offer a smoked salmon side and just for Christmas, you can purchase a dressed salmon just like the one featured in the advert. However, our chef will only be preparing a very limited quantity of this festive fish banquet.

Scallops

The perfect starter. Complimentary to a range of wines and flavours, you should almost certainly give our scallops a try this year. We offer both Cornish roe-on scallops and XL North American roeless scallops, not to mention we now stock some premium-grade scallop shell accessories that you can use to serve them up. Scallops are quick and easy to cook, needing only a little butter, olive oil, garlic and parsley to be an elite starter or canape.

When you think about a premium lobster dish, you might quickly jump to a lobster thermidor. And our cooked half-dressed lobsters are the perfect option to get you started if you don’t want to worry about tackling one of our whole lobsters. Argentinian Red Prawns

One of our chef personal favourites – raw whole Argentinian prawns. Wild-caught in South America, these prawns are misleadingly red prior to cooking. But when cooked with the shell on, you can lock the beautiful taste into the meat. These prawns give you a flavour akin to lobster and are available in a huge 2kg box so you’ll have plenty to feed the family.

Cooked Lobster

The statement centrepiece of any shellfish fanatics dinner party. Our whole cooked lobsters are ethically caught in North America and cooked for your convenience. Each lobster is a minimum of 500g in weight and will make for a divine meal. We also offer a Raw Whole Lobster if you’d like to do the cooking yourself.
