Each time you spend in our Seafood by Sykes online store, we’ll give you points that can be used as a discount on future purchases. Points are earned as one point per pound spent (and yes we round up!) You can check your points balance at any time by visiting your My Account area and clicking on the Points link on the left-hand side. The more you spend, the more you earn. Once you have an account with us, you’ll be credited with points on every single purchase you make. Points are earnt net of any other discounts. Yes – you read that right! We are more than happy for you to use a discount code if you have one, and you will still earn points on the after discount value of your order. Remember – to ensure you are always logged in to your Seafood by Sykes account when completing a purchase to earn your points.

Points are valid to use in our online store now; just look for the ‘apply discount’ banner at the basket or checkout which will display how many points you have. With the simple click of a button you can decide whether to use them, or to save them for another order. We convert your points to pounds at 0.25% – meaning 100 points are worth £2.50 in discounts on your order.
