From catching out at sea, to preparation, storage and delivery, we take great care in ensuring our processes are sustainable, so that the environments from which we source can continue to provide great tasting, quality seafood for years to come.
We have built steadfast relationships with trusted suppliers in joint ventures that have been part of our business for years, and we work closely with teams across the globe to ensure we source the finest and freshest material available.
As well as our own extensive auditing programme, we work alongside MSC, ASC and Global GAP to closely monitor our supplier processes. This helps us to ensure we are supporting the farmers and fishermen who share our attitude to the natural world.
