This big and juicy prawn is one for the home chef looking to cook a king prawn in the shell to retain maximum flavour in the finished dish. Being shell-on, the prawn is particularly forgiving in the pan / under the grill. Ideal for when BBQ season comes around – get your finger bowl at the ready!

We only source from higher welfare shrimp farms in Thailand, Vietnam and India. The farming process for these prawns takes around six months. Once harvested, they are graded and cleaned before being hand-packed and quickly frozen, the process from harvest to final freezing is often done in less than 24 hours.
