This large portion will take on a variety of flavours, from a light & fresh lemon recipe to a more hardy Mediterranean dish. Our favourite method of cooking this is to sear in the pan before transferring to the oven with flavours added to cook through, resulting in a juicy and succulent feast.

Simple is best with these prime cod loins, let the fish do the talking. When at home I often cook these from frozen, simply season with salt and pepper, add a few knobs of salted or unsalted butter and grill under a medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
