Wild-caught in the Northeast Atlantic Ocean and with a tender white flesh and delicate flavour, our plaice fillets are skin-on so very simple to lightly dust and drop into a hot pan. Ideal for a lighter main course.

Defrost the fillets as required. Simply season with a little salt and brush with olive oil before placing under a hot grill for few minutes or in a hot oven on a lined baking tray.
