I absolutely loved this, very convenient as there was no messing about. Had it in a variety of things but my favourite was the Lobster rolls. Ever since I ordered it it has been out of stock so have not been able to re-stock.

Bought it on special offer and well worth the price. No messing about. Bought 2 packs and used one for lobster mac/cheese (made bechamel sauce from milk poached the smoked haddock – also from SbS) and from other made lobster rolls. Only complaint was there was lots of water, even after draining, and had to make sure they are well dry before using.
