These scallops are succulent yet light and have a sweet, delicate flavour profile. We pack these as roeless, so you cook just the pure, white flesh. Scallops are best seared in a hot pan for a minute, then flipped over, on a lower heat until cooked through.

Domestic USA scallops are the sweetest-tasting scallops available. The scallops are fished off the North East coast of America and are landed to New Bedford port, where they are processed and frozen very quickly after catch. The scallop industry in the USA has some real characters and we have long standing relationships with our suppliers that spans decades.

The best ever – they don’t give out masses of water so you can actually sear them rather than end up having them broil in liquid – they stay firm and hardly shrink – the flesh is beautiful and sweet. Looking to buy again as soon as they become available 🙂
