Gratinated Loin of Cod with Garlic and Parsley

A nice and simple yet tasty, easy-to-prepare dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen at sea cod loins
  • 1 garlic and herb butter hearts softened
  • 1 sachet parsley panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c.
  • In an ovenproof dish, lay the cod loins down and spread the softened garlic butter over both loins. Sprinkle with the parsley panko breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired and serve with wilted greens and roasted new potatoes.
