Gratinated Loin of Cod with Garlic and Parsley
A nice and simple yet tasty, easy-to-prepare dish.

- 2 frozen at sea cod loins
- 1 garlic and herb butter hearts softened
- 1 sachet parsley panko breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 180°c.
In an ovenproof dish, lay the cod loins down and spread the softened garlic butter over both loins. Sprinkle with the parsley panko breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired and serve with wilted greens and roasted new potatoes.
