Hot Smoked Salmon Salad

Our hot smoked salmon portions are rich on flavour, so all you need to do is pair with your favourite ingredients. Ready to eat, you can flake these onto a salad and eat cold – great for an easy meal if you find yourself away from a fully stocked kitchen.

Ingredients
  

  • 130 g hot smoked salmon 1 pack
  • 1 bag mixed leaf salad
  • 5 whole cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Firstly make a classic vinaigrette. Vigorously mix together Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar and olive oil and set aside.
  • Assemble the mixed leaf salad and tomatoes on a plate, and scatter the vinaigrette on top.
  • Flake the salmon portions onto the salad and serve.

Notes

This is a super simple salad that works well as a lunch, starter or for a light evening meal.
