This week, as part of our celebrations for National Fish and Chip day, we teamed up with four of our influencer friends who each created their own take on Britain’s favourite dish. Now, we’re asking YOU to vote for your favourite dish, which you can do by heading to our Instagram page here.

Emily from Good Mood Food, created these delicious fish tacos using our Atlantic cod loins. Emily says she created beer-battered cod pieces then stuffed them into “marvellous and messy” grilled tacos along with homemade chips, pickled red onions, tartare sauce & some crunchy greens.
Drawing on eastern flavours, mum Gemma, with the help of her Family on the Go kids, put together a Japanese-inspired menu with Katsu Cod, Tempura chips and Lobster scamp karage; they were created using our Atlantic cod loins and whole lobster.
Drawing on her Goan heritage, Audrey created these delicious fish pakoras again using our Atlantic cod loins.
And finally, our cooking challenge drew to a close with this mouth-watering final entry from Always Cooking Couple who opted for a more traditional variation, using our hake with shoestring fries and mushy peas.
