Hot Smoked Salmon with Potatoes and Green Beans
Hot Smoked Salmon with Potatoes and Green Beans
Our hot smoked salmon portions are rich on flavour, so require little work to pack a punch. Simply warm through and serve with baby potatoes and green beans for a simple fish supper.
Ingredients
- 260 g hot smoked salmon 2 packs
- 200 g baby potatoes
- 75 g green beans
- ½ whole lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°c, and place the salmon portions on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cover loosely with foil and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
- Cover baby potatoes with cold water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Slice green beans lengthways and add to the pan. Simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables, add butter, salt and pepper and gently toss.
- Assemble together on a plate with the salmon portions. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
This dish is easily scaled up to feed more, or for hungrier bellies. Just double up on the salmon portions per plate.
