Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Meanwhile, slice the chorizo.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Cook the garlic and chorizo for a few minutes. Add the chilli flakes and tin of tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened, and season to taste
Meanwhile, rub the fish with a little olive oil. Season well and grill for around 5 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve the fish with the sauce and green beans.
