Ingredients
150gcooked lobster claw meat
2tablespoonsmayonnaiseplus more for assembling
1teaspoonjuice from 1 lemon
1tablespoonfinely chopped chives
ground black pepper
20ouncesfreshly ground beefdivided into four 5-ounce patties
4burger buns
2tomatoes
4leavesgreen leaf lettuce
8slicescrisply cooked bacon
Instructions
Mix some mayo, lemon juice, and chives in a small bowl. Sprinkle in a little salt and pepper. Add some chilli flakes or chopped jalapenos if you'd like to add some heat. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Fry the burger patties on a hot griddle or in a skillet on the stove. Top with cheese for the last minute of cooking. Turn off the heat and let the burger patties rest for 5 minutes.
Top and bottom buns with mayonnaise and then add lettuce, followed by the tomato. Top with the cheesy burger patty, then add the bacon and 2-3 lobster claws to each burger. Put the bun on the top of the burgers and serve immediately.
