Heat paella pan over a medium heat and add cooking oil
Add paella rice and toss in the pan with finely chopped onions and garlic for 1-2minutes
Add the cod cheeks (defrosted), chopped red peppers and frozen peas
Stir together for 2 minutes
Slowly pour in the vegetable stock and simmer the mixture over the heat
Add salt and pepper
Add smoked paprika and turmeric and leave to simmer for a further 15 minutes
While the broth is cooking, steam the broccoli for 2 minutes in a microwave so that it is tender
Chop tenderstem broccoli and add to the paella to serve
