Irish Whole Shell Mussels in Garlic Butter (450g)
Our Irish whole-shell mussels are prepared in a classic garlic butter sauce. Freshly frozen after harvesting in cold Irish waters; this is a great simple supper, perfect for a quick midweek treat. Simply empty the contents of the pouch into a pan, heat through on the hob and serve with crusty bread or crispy fries to mop up this rich, delicious sauce.
The flavours are already in this pack of Irish mussels, so all you need to do is simply tip the contents of the bag into a pan, turn up the heat to high, pop a lid on and shake occasionally until cooked a few minutes later.
