Monkfish is an exceptionally meaty fish that is a great option for special occasions. Sustainably sourced in the South West of England, we think our skinless and boneless medallions are best served wrapped in crispy pancetta for a delicious dinner party main course.
The meaty texture of our monkfish medallions are well suited to more robust flavours, so don’t be afraid to experiment with tangy citrus dressings, or a spicy curry that packs a punch.

A perennial chef’s favourite, monkfish is a fearsome-looking creature but despite this there are concerns about its sustainability. We only source from Cornish fisheries, all of which are carefully monitored for fish stocks are part of Fishery Improvement schemes aimed at protecting this valuable species for the future.
