Important notes:
When using a BBQ please ensure all seafood is fully defrosted prior to use.
Once defrosted all seafood should be cooked within 24 hours and is not refrozen.
When using a BBQ especially, it’s important to check that the food is cooked thoroughly. Use a temperature probe if you’re unsure.
Wild red shrimp flesh is naturally white/pink when raw so this might be confusing if you’ve not had them before as they can look pre-cooked.
Once cooked you can peel the shell off the prawn and remove the head. You’ll also want to remove the dark vein running down their back prior to eating.
Please ensure when choosing a delivery date that someone will be at home to get your order straight into the freezer.
Our Halibut Steaks are on the bone, this bone is easily removed after cooking.
